For pool contractors
We send you a project, not a phone number. Every PoolSavr lead arrives with the homeowner's measurements, material selections, photographs, timeline and the estimate they have already seen.
The difference in one comparison
A typical lead platform
"John wants pool work."
Sold to four competitors at the same time. You spend the first call working out whether there is a project at all, and the second one discovering three other companies called first.
A PoolSavr project
"A homeowner in Phoenix wants an in-ground pool resurfaced with a pebble finish. Measured interior is roughly 480 sq ft, perimeter 92 linear feet, they may also replace tile and coping, six photos attached, desired start within three months."
Sent to you alone. You can price it before you get in the truck.
What is in a lead
Not every project contains every field — a repair diagnosis does not need deck measurements — but this is the full set we collect and pass on.
- Property address and the metro it sits in
- Project type, and every additional scope the homeowner selected
- Pool interior square footage and perimeter, where the project uses them
- Spa and deck measurements when relevant
- How the measurements were captured, and our confidence in them
- Existing materials, finishes and equipment
- Desired materials and upgrades
- Photographs uploaded by the homeowner
- Desired start date and stated budget expectations
- The preliminary PoolSavr estimate the homeowner saw
- A list of the questions that need an in-person inspection
- Homeowner contact details, with explicit permission to contact them
- The page and search intent that produced the project
Categories we send
Remodeling
Resurfacing, replastering, tile, coping, decking, structural repair, liner replacement and full remodels. Highest project value and the category where measurement matters most.
Repair and equipment
Pumps, heaters, filters, leaks, plumbing, lighting and automation. Strong local intent, and photographs of the equipment pad usually arrive with the project.
Cleaning and maintenance
Recurring service, green-pool recovery and filter cleaning. Not yet live — we are building the remodeling and repair categories first.
Markets
We open a market when we have contractors in it, not when the keyword research looks good. These are the metros we are building now.
- Phoenix, Arizona
- Tampa, Florida
- Las Vegas, Nevada
- Houston, Texas
- Orlando, Florida
- San Diego, California
Working somewhere else? Tell us — contractor coverage is what decides where we expand next.
What we ask of you
- Current licensing for the work and the jurisdiction, where one is required
- Proof of liability insurance
- Contact with the homeowner within two business days
- Honest feedback on project quality, including the ones that did not work out
- Reporting on outcomes — contacted, appointment set, proposal sent, job won
The outcome reporting matters more than it might appear. It is how we find out which pages produce projects worth paying for — and which ones to stop sending you.
Apply to receive PoolSavr leads
Tell us your company, your service area and the categories you want. We will come back with what we are seeing in your market and what projects cost there. We will not quote you a lead volume we cannot evidence.
Apply to Receive PoolSavr LeadsFrequently asked questions
- How is this different from a shared lead platform?
- Two things. Projects are sent to one contractor rather than sold to four or five simultaneously, and every project arrives with measurements, selections and photos attached rather than a name and a phone number. You are quoting a defined job, not qualifying a stranger.
- What does a lead cost?
- Pricing depends on the project category and the market, because a measured full-remodel project and a pump repair are not worth the same to you. We would rather talk through your service area and the categories you want before quoting a number.
- Are leads exclusive?
- The initial model is exclusive: one project, one contractor. If that contractor declines the project or does not make contact, it may be reassigned, and we will tell the homeowner that is happening.
- What if a project turns out to be junk?
- Tell us. A project that fails our own qualification criteria — unreachable homeowner, wrong service area, scope we misread — should not be billed, and the feedback is how the qualification rules improve. We track acceptance and rejection rates by source page precisely so we can stop sending what does not work.
- Do I need to be licensed and insured?
- Yes. We verify licensing where the jurisdiction requires it and ask for proof of insurance before any project is assigned. Homeowners are told what we verified and what we did not.
- Which markets are you in?
- We are onboarding contractors in the metros listed on this page. We deliberately do not open a market before we have professionals who can service it, because a lead nobody can fulfill damages the homeowner relationship more than it helps us.
