What PoolSavr provides

PoolSavr is an estimating and matching platform. We do not perform pool work ourselves — licensed local professionals do. We provide informational content, estimating tools, and an introduction service that connects homeowners with independent pool professionals.

We are not a party to any agreement you reach with a contractor. We do not employ, supervise, direct or control them, and we do not guarantee their work, their materials, their pricing, their licensing status at the time work is performed, or their conduct.

Estimates are not quotes

Every price, range and calculation on this site is a preliminary planning estimate produced from your inputs and our published assumptions. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a stated price, and no figure here binds PoolSavr or any contractor. Theestimate disclaimer explains this in detail and forms part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information — estimates built from inaccurate measurements will be inaccurate
• Submit projects only for property you own or are authorized to arrange work on
• Do your own diligence on any contractor before engaging them, including verifying licensing and insurance
• Read and understand any contract before you sign it
• Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no automated submissions, no attempts to interfere with its operation
• Do not submit false, fraudulent or malicious project requests

Safety

Content on this site is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Pool work involves genuine hazards — electrical systems around water, gas appliances, confined spaces, structural loads and chemicals. We deliberately do not publish step-by-step instructions for work that is unsafe for a homeowner to attempt. Do not rely on general guidance in place of a qualified professional, and never attempt electrical or gas work yourself.

Intellectual property

The content, design, estimating tools and pricing models on this site belong to PoolSavr and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the site for your own project planning. You may not reproduce, scrape, redistribute or build a competing service from our content or data without written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate will match a proposal you later receive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoolSavr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work performed by a contractor introduced through this site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
