Pool Filter Cleaning Service
A backwash or rinse during a routine visit is not the same as a full filter cleaning. This is the deeper service — media cleaned or replaced, the tank inspected — that a filter needs on its own schedule.
Why routine backwashing is not enough
A backwash flushes trapped debris out of sand media using reverse flow. It does not remove oils, scale or fine particulates that build up on the media surface over months, and a cartridge filter cannot be backwashed at all — it has to be physically removed and cleaned.
